New UI: When the controller is disconnected, game pauses and text is displayed saying so.
Bug Fix: Tutorial no longer crashes.
Balance Dagger: Death dagger skill damage increased from 22-23 to 27-28.
Balance Wand: Death wand skill damage increased from 42-43 to 49-50.
