Noise-o-matic 1.4.0.0 changelog:

• new language: Turkish
• added global auto hotkeys: set one single key for all channels (accessible from the status bar)
• added shortcut to play a random file from a specific sound library
• added shortcut to play a random file from one of your libraries
• added favorites to the tts voices: you can set voices as favorites and will be displayed before others
• added notifications for recording (start, stop, save)
• added shortcuts to automate recording (start, stop, save). When activated, all bound sessions will respond to the shortcut. See Recorder shortcuts.
• fixed a bug that prevented Noise-o-matic to be installed on systems with Windows not in C:\Windows
• switch position of upvote and downvote buttons in the steam workshop browser for better clarity
• fixed missing achievement translations in German
