improved audio engine when using multiple channels simultaneously
voice changer:
1. replaced the voice format shifter effect in favor a voice transformer effect with more parameters
2. added the vibrato effect
3. improved the voice distortion effect
4. improved the voice flanger effect
5. improved the fm modulator effect
6. improved the flanger effect
7. reordered effects in order of application
8. added voice changer output effects
9. added many new presets
improved the microphone calibration process
fixed a bug in the loopback channels that caused a crash in some situations
fixed an installation issue for certain devices
various bug fixes and stability improvements
