1. AP clarified - beter tooltip and now, it shows what to do to increase it
2. Workers - a player is warned before firing one that had already worked this turn
3. Blance: plants upkeep AP reduction
4. Disabling buttons - disabled buttons have informational tooltips
5. Wrong accounting sections expand/collapse fix
