Jan 22 — Artifact System Expanded, Build Variety Greatly Increased!

Cheers, fellow dwarves — your backpacks might not be big enough anymore.
In previous updates, we received lots of feedback about Artifact progression and build variety. In the full release, the Artifact system gets focused expansion and structural improvements, making build paths clearer and choices more impactful.

New Features

• Added 3 new Artifacts:

  • Ham Hock — Cave, Battle 50+ [also granted to Orcs]

  • Thornmail — Forest, Battle 140+

  • Arkenstone

Changes and QoL

• ‘Archangel Figurine’ Artifact has been moved to Glacier biome

• ‘Hot Coal’, ‘Tesla Coil’ and ‘Frost Armor’ will now show their activations during combat

• Orcs gained access to new Artifacts: Hot Coal, Tesla Coil, Frost Armor

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where some Artifact effects were not triggering correctly

• Fixed an issue where Artifact descriptions were displayed incorrectly
