BALANCE

• Hacking cartridges now only draw power if they have a target ship and firewall

BUG FIXES

• Fixed targets of various mission objectives being invisible after rifting
• Fixed "Secure Sensitive Data" resources not being able to be handed in using a cargo teleporter
• Fixed localized mission resource names not being synchronized, causing them to be unnamed after relogging
• Re-implemented protection drone reuse and stopped spawning protection drones when a hard limit has been reached
• Fixed call in range of protection drones hired from S3
• Fixed drones spawning on top of each other if more than one were spawned in
• Limited orbit time of protection drones around a protection entity without a target to thirty seconds
• Reduced drone remove check time to twenty seconds
• Fixed negative power requests and free power in missile launchers
• Fixed negative power requests and free power in EMP generator
• Fixed possible negative power requests while in warp
• Removed "{1}{0}" from dropbox hover message and capitalize the first word
• Log credit changes after 5 seconds without changes or on logout, this reduces the amount of log messages when someone transfers a lot of resources using the vault
• Fixed mouse position updating when window is unfocused
• Fixed possible crash when a mission objective was started
• Fixed possible crash if a mission completes while you are in the helm
