Added new platform event sequence for gap jump

Camera now smoothly follows the bot, might add a custom setting for how much smoothness
Increase physics timestep from .02 to .015 for a slight increase in physics performances
Tweaked crane map to make playing a little bit easier

Created new DLC for the game, allows you to buy the whole Fizzostia set for $2.99 (Once steam reviews and accepts)
Spinning floor race map gap fix at end of pushers, pushers floor is now a bit thinner
