Update: another hotfix patch has been issued to resolve character customization / skin issues. A hotfix has been released to fix issues with workshop content downloads, server messages, Steam Achievements and the main menu announcement box. It took some back and forth with Steam/Valve to discover what broke these systems. Now, get back to enjoying custom game modes and maps!
