Dear koi farmers, I've just pushed a small patch that prevents the shift and control keys from remaining in the "pressed" state when tabbing out of the game. This caused koi to be teleported (shift + click and control + click behavior) unexpectedly when tabbing back to the game window.
Dear koi farmers, I've had several messages of Steam deck owners experiencing problems with touch controls. Sometimes, a region to the right and bottom of the screen can't receive input. While I'm trying to fix the issue, a user on our discord has verified that this problem doesn't occur when running the game in desktop mode. I hope this helps Steam deck users until the game is patched!
Dear koi farmers, A small patch has been published today: · Some compatibility issues with Steam Deck and Linux were fixed. · When changing settings that require reboots, the game automatically reboots back into the previously loaded save. If you are playing koi farm on a Steam deck, please let me know how it runs in the comments! If anything else can be improved, I'll add it to future updates.

Dear koi farmers, The game now has a menu option for toggling MSAA (anti aliasing). This feature was on by default, but it can now be turned off. This makes edges rougher, but the game will run smoother on slower computers.

Dear koi farmers, By popular request, I've added more empty pages to the card book. When all challenges have been completed, the book has 30 empty pages available that can be used to store any koi. Time to clean up those crowded ponds!
Dear koi farmers, By popular request, Koi Farm now supports three save slots, so three totally different koi ponds can be created. Existing saves will automatically become pond #1, and ponds #2 and #3 will become available as new save slots. All three ponds will be synchronized by Steam Cloud.
