Reduced HP for enemy mobs.

Nerfed skills for Sword Master and White Knight enemy mobs.

Fixed flag management for certain interaction dialogues and epilogues (e.g., Johann and Michelle).

Added Panacea to the item shop (starting from the Chapter 13 base).

Removed the movement penalty associated with the "Rescue" command.

Increased the effectiveness bonus against specific unit types from 300% to 400%.
