Hey Flock! Today we are extremely excited to welcome you to a brand new season of Headbangers Rhythm Royale. But what's new for the Pigeons in our free Season 2 update? 🐥

NEW COSMETICS

The new season of Headbangers: Rhythm Royale brings all new cosmetics including the Mad Scientist Pigeon, the Cow Pigeon, the Courgette Pigeon and more!

Along with our new Full Outfits, we also have tonnes of new individual customisation items! Ready to design the Pigeon of your dreams? Mix and match your favourite items to create a unique look. 🤩

Season 2 is the perfect time to change up your customisation items... a Pigeon makeover if you will!

FRESH AND FREE BATTLE PASS

In Season 2, you will find a fresh Battle Pass containing 30 new levels! The Battle Pass in Headbangers: Rhythm Royale is completely free, so all players can jump in today and start gaining XP for your Battle Pass levels! The Season 2 Battle Pass contains all new cosmetics items including new Full Outfits, Individual Items, Taunts, Voices and more!

We've been listening to all players feedback around the Season 1 Battle Pass and it's functionality. From this, we have decided to make some tweaks based off your suggestions! For Season 2, we've increased the amount of XP needed for each individual level. We hope this is a greater challenge for all and that it makes our Battle Pass feel even more rewarding!

Remember Flock, you gain more XP by progressing further in each game of Headbangers so do whatever it takes to stay in each round of rhythm chaos! We hope you are ready to test your Headbangers skills to see if you can unlock our Level 30 Full Costume: The Cinema Pigeon!

A NEW CHALLENGE SKIN

Are you ready to challenge for the title? Alongside testing your skills in our new Battle Pass, we have an even bigger test waiting for you! In Season 2, we have a brand new Challenge Skin in The Boxer Pigeon! Unlock this skin in Headbangers: Rhythm Royale by completing twelve new in-game challenges.

Didn't unlock all of the Challenge Skins in Season 1? Don't worry, we've got you! All previous Challenge Skins from Season 1 are featured in Season 2, with all your Challenge progression carrying over from the previous Season.

CRUMBS

We've seen questions from the community regarding Crumbs in Season 2. We want to clarify that your Season 1 Crumbs progression will carry over to Season 2! We've opted to not reset Crumbs progress for multiple reasons. Firstly, players can begin purchasing the new cosmetic items from the very start of the Season. Secondly, we've seen you all working hard to earn more Crumbs even after you've completed the Shop and bought all the cosmetic items in Season 1. This dedication to Headbangers is amazing and deserves to be celebrated. We are genuinely grateful for the amount of hours you've played our Rhythm Battle Royale game for!

FRIGHT OR FLIGHT COSMETIC DLC

We'd also like to announce that our second paid Cosmetic DLC pack is out now for Headbangers: Rhythm Royale on Steam! Jump into Headbangers and explore the new spooky cosmetics in the 'Fright or Flight DLC Pack'. This DLC Pack contains:

• 4 Full Costumes
• 4 Garments
• 1 Taunt
• 5 Taunt Voices
• 1 Neck Sound

Along with all new cosmetic items, a fresh battle pass and a new paid cosmetics DLC, we have made some slight tweaks and fixes to Headbangers. Find our Patch Notes for these fixes below:

PATCH NOTES - SEASON 2

GENERAL

• Added a Store button under the shop tab to additional DLC Cosmetic Packs content.
• Fixed an issue where other players pigeons wouldn’t load in before the counter reached zero.
• Fixed an issue where certain bots would have censored names.
• Tweaks to some localisation within minigame menus.
• Fixed an issue where players were not receiving the battle pass crumb rewards.
• Adjustments to the connection flow to improve online connectivity and in-game stability.
