Build .25 - Improvements and Fixes

*Add Live Table for Campaigns. Create Rooms, designate a DM, Players join.
--All Other characters visible in Campaign, other players sheets are Read Only.
--DM options to Kick a player and player options to Leave a campaign
--Added Ability to have multiple campaigns for one group.
*Added selector to set Off-hand Weapons.
*Fixed issue with Map Postion when selecting a Location.
*Changed Strongholds to Holdings, added Ships, Vehicles and Property.
*Fixed issue with Psicrystal not being reachable (in Companions Tab)
*Fixed issue with Shock Trooper feat.
*Added Folders to Character List (Right Click on Character to add to folder).
