11/07 Update: Operator Select & New DLC (Ver 1.17110801)

Today's update has two major features: the first being the much requested operator select feature and the second the addition of two new rounders available via DLC.

• Operator Select added
• DLC rounder 'Valken' (Assault Suits Valken/Cybernator) added
• DLC rounder 'Temjin' (Virtual On) added
• Fixes and rebalancing for several characters
• Changed number of rounds in Ranked Match from 3 to 2
