Map Update

I thought you might have trouble figuring out where the monsters you're going to kill with the quest update are. I made a map showing the regions and the location of the monsters to help. You can press "m" key to open the map.

Added a close hud button to the game. You can press "F10" key to close hud and press again to open the hud. So you can get better view.

Added a small camera movement in the first entry of the game. So you can see and know your surroundings at the entrance of the game.

Fixed some menu bugs.
