-Updated attack speed/cooldown reduction functions and updated values:
-Quick hands: 5% > 10%
-Cooldown Reduction 10% > 5%
-Tesla coil is now a duration skill:
-Tesla coil base attack frequency 4 seconds
-Tesla coil base duration 6 seconds
-Tesla coil range to arc between other coils increased from 500 to 1000
-Fighter attack range increased
-Acorn dash speed and distance reduced
Bug Fixes
-Fixed a bug making acorn enemies have 999 health
-Fixed a a bug that would make the cooldown visual indicator not properly show remaining cooldowns
