Implemented fix to add letterboxing to screens with aspect ratios wider than 16:9 or taller than 16:10 as the game and UI are built to run only in these resolutions.
Added ability to toggle the active display.
Added ability to toggle between full screen and windowed mode.
Fixed bug that caused player to not take damage when outside the level safe bounds.
Balance to game economy and boss enemies.
