Bug: Some of the SP4ED out charts in the game did not match up with the printed SP4ED outs. This is fixed.

Enhancement: Some of the batter and pitcher reports no longer show players that have not played yet.
Bug: Fixed an incorrect range in the PDF CD chart (second baseman). The chart is correct in Digital Diamond Baseball, and now the PDF chart is correct.
Bug: Fixed a bug that caused the flashing of fielders to sometimes show the other team's player. This has been corrected, except when the pitcher makes the last out in the inning.
