Peak Elite,

First and foremost, we want to wish everyone a Happy Holiday!

With the new year around the corner this will be our last major update for 2023. It comes with a lot more fixes and additions. New Ui/HUD, in game voices added, damage indicator, removed mini map and added a nautical compass, new map, removal of the Christmas theme & outfits, and more...

Old HUD:

New HUD:

We have entered a Cold War between the Peak Elite and INK Corp. As we head into the new year look out for more LORE featuring the INK Corp. The outfit shop has a few outfits you can choose from to start off the cold war!

Fixes:

· C4 plant walls for easier placement

· Replaced breach walls

· Breach/C4 UI sticking

· Claymore float(removed for now due to bug issues)

· Landmine float(removed for now due to bug issues)

· Lean/see-through walls

· Footstep sounds adjusted

· Fall damage re-balanced

Weapons:

· NAT12 reworked

· AKRU67 reworked

· M11 SD reworked

· SCAR reworked

· Prototype Z (new INK weapon added)

Maps:

· Seasonal items/scenery removed from maps

· Ambient music overhaul

· REWORKED: Xroads, Jericho, Coastline, Forsaken (material overhaul)

· REMOVED: Brush, Salt Mine and Al-Mansur Mall (temporarily to be re-worked)

· OVERTIME: new map added (suppression)

· Lighting optimization (every map/level): visuals optimized graphically regardless of player setting

UI/HUD:

· Main menu overhaul & music

· Converted main menu into single UI

· In-game UI overhaul

· All hover/clicked elements

· Added all stores onto main UI

· Weapon Icons updated

Features:

· Seasonal items removed

· New bomb pickup item

· New bomb satchel/tool belt

· In game voices added (Elite: southern and British/INK: English and Russian)

· REMOVED mini-map/circular map – ADDED Nautical compass (WIP) top of screen

· Added damage indicator on screen

· Added damage sounds

· Ability to removed saved outfits in main menu

· New store items (both P53 and INK outfits as well as individual items)

· Stats reset

· Removed settings for foliage

· New level/intro movies added to all levels

New year 2024:

Voice chat(in game, not working properly)

Weapon bench

Map selection instead of rotation

Female characters

Controller Support

In game clan system

Prone

Ladder climb

The Peak Elite Team thank each and every one of you for your support, patience, and most of all when you Ready Up! The team wants to bring a fun experience through a third person shooter that we all love and can get competitive in. By no means is the game perfect, near completion, still needs work, however the team is proud of the blood, sweat and tears they have put into Peak 53 for the community!

We do not know what the New Year will bring, we do know the dev team will continue to work, strive to improve Peak 53, play and do this for the love of third person shooters and it's community!
