Ahoy, Seafarers!

Thanks for all your feedback for the Rescue Update! We have a small patch for you today, out now on the Public Beta Branch.

⚓ How to Access the Beta Branch

  1. Open Steam and go to your Library 

  2. Right-click on Seafarer: The Ship Sim

  3. Click Properties 

  4. Select the Betas tab 

  5. Choose 'public_beta' from the dropdown list 

Patch Notes for Version 0.2.1.1539

 

Mission Fixes

  • Resolved a blocker in the Inspection Mission related to the Fire Hose Box

  • Fixed an issue where the Fire Hose Box interaction was not functioning correctly

UI/UX Fixes

  • Fixed a bug where the tablet could no longer be opened after completing container missions

Vehicle Fixes 

  • Fixed an issue where a truck could get stuck during container unloading in Drachdelen, preventing further offloading

  • Improved truck positioning behavior in Drachdelen – vehicles now maintain proper distance from the dock

  • Fixed an issue where trucks would stop driving after their container was loaded onto the ship
