General improvements to physics stability and optimization.

Addressed issues where some players were unable to Connect or Host.

Input:
Fixed key binding fields not updating text when the game is reloaded.
Rendering:
Fixed an issue where player names were not rendering properly.
When accepting a invite while on "training" it does not join the invitee properly, and requires clicking "join" again (on mainmenu).
The squasher on the city map does not properly kill players.
Unable to deposit scrap (Network library issue, working on a workaround)
