Fixed game not initializing steam when started directly from the .exe
Optimizations:
Decreased shadow quality on the window lights
Remove volumetric volume on holes / darkness and replace with a simple fake shader.
When accepting a invite while on "training" it does not join the invitee properly, and requires clicking "join" again (on mainmenu).
The squasher on the city map does not properly kill players.
Round not ending when kicking the last alive player.
Apartment dead-end has weird collisions
