MobMate Update

Improved Moonshine recognition presets for Japanese, Korean, and Chinese.
Adjusted Moonshine token speed and VAD settings by language for more stable short speech and non-English recognition.
Added a more detailed one-shot Moonshine decode path used for accuracy tuning and verification.
Improved speaker profile stability with small tuning updates.
Added an internal Moonshine benchmark tool to help validate recognition quality across languages and scenes.
Note: Recognition quality can still vary depending on microphone volume, background noise, and the selected Moonshine model.
