-Fixed rocket launcher and gauss gun sometimes not firing.
-Fixed input for jetpack sometimes not working
-Jetpack is a bit more maniable
-Modified the player controller to hopefully fix stuttery movement when playing with high monitor refresh rate, however I have no idea if it works since mine only run at 60 Hz.
