## v1.3.013 — 2026-07-13
- fix: **Dragging the on-screen pet no longer briefly shows an expanding black rectangle.** On some Windows systems, moving a Live2D / VRM / Spine / Shimeji pet could momentarily fill the window's transparent area with a growing black background; the pet now stays correctly transparent throughout the drag.

- improvement: **A character card's "state variables" can now be named in any language.** Variable names were previously limited to Latin letters; they can now use Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Cyrillic and other scripts (only a small set of symbols that conflict with the internal format remain disallowed).

- improvement: **"Action Suggestions" now shows a default heading when no custom heading is set,** localized across all 31 supported languages, so the suggestions area is no longer left without a title.

- improvement: **State variables and Action Suggestions produce more consistent output.** The related model instructions were streamlined and recalibrated for more reliable results on the built-in local models.

- improvement: **Checkbox options across Settings and the character card editor are more consistent.** The check mark now follows the light / dark theme correctly, and each option responds to clicks only on the checkbox itself — matching the other toggles such as those in Proactive Dialogue.
