Update 0.3.0, Dutch localization and Joypad support!

With this patch there is now support for localization in the game, starting with my native language of Dutch in order to properly test the system. In later version I'll add support for other languages but only after the base game is nearing completion as I don't know what texts will be required by then.

I've also added joypad support to the game so you can now use your controller to play it. With this the game will be more easily playable on handled devices like the Steam Deck.

And finally I've done some more work on the visuals of the game, the CRT effect is slightly tweaked and some extra graphics have been added to the levels (with more to come in future updates).
