The app now runs on a new voice engine. It is faster and much cheaper to run, so your credits last about 3 times longer than before. The voices sound almost exactly as real as they did.
Bought credits before this update? You get extra credits to make up for it, automatically.
Curious how the old engine sounded? There is a switch in settings to go back and compare.
One exception: custom voices and manual mode still use the old engine, so they burn credits faster (2.75x).
Emotion
Emotion used to cost extra credits. Not anymore. Use it as much as you want to sound more human.
Other improvements
You can now change how loud you hear your own voice, in settings.
