- added setting to disable placement animations (for better performance)
- fixed a number of memory leaks
- suppressed a number of log messages created when a device connects/disconnects from the players PC
- removed the 'no items available' label from the furniture tray when no items exist
- blueprints now remember their settings when created (eg. which tv channel is set)
- thumbnails now use furniture settings when creating (eg. thumbnails now show which tv channel is set)
- fixed a few null exceptions
