Bowling Tournaments, Hotbar Expansion & More!

major update

Bowling Alley Simulator · published

Hi everyone!

This update introduces new ways to grow your business, entertain customers, and personalize your bowling alley. Casino Nights have received a major expansion, bowling tournaments are ready to book, and a new marketing system gives you greater control over who walks through your doors.

Bowling Tournaments

Your party room can now receive tournament booking requests featuring groups of professional bowlers.

Each competitor requires their own lane, so expanding your party-room facilities allows you to host larger tournaments. Once every game is complete, the bowlers gather for an awards ceremony where the winner receives a trophy while the other competitors celebrate.

You can also launch a Tournament Outreach marketing campaign to increase your chances of receiving tournament bookings.

A Busier Casino

Casino guests now behave more naturally throughout the night. They can purchase chips, play multiple games, watch other gamblers, react to wins and losses, and return for more chips when their supply runs low.

Dealer blackjack tables now support multiple guests simultaneously, complete with changing wagers and properly enforced dealer rules. Players working the dealer table must hit or stand according to the current hand—and leaving during the dealer’s turn will settle the game instead of avoiding the result.

Casino owners can also use the new Supply PC during Casino Night. It offers three rotating items each day, purchased using casino earnings.

Launch Marketing Campaigns

A new Marketing section has been added to the management computer. Campaigns can run for several days and help shape the customers and opportunities your alley attracts.

Whether you want more customer groups, faster arrivals, additional professional bowlers, larger parties, or stronger demand for a particular menu item, marketing gives you another way to plan your business strategy.

More Lane Customization

The bowling screen scorecards can now be customized to fit different themes like cosmic, forest, and more.

Lane decorations can now be customized on a per-lane-pair basis. Individual lanes can use their own styles, pins, lane effects, and bowling-screen themes without changing the appearance of the entire alley.

Many lights and illuminated decorations can now be recolored as well, giving you considerably more control over the atmosphere of each room.

New Characters

Three new employees are available to hire:

  • Maya

  • Darius

  • Elena

Three new professional bowlers can also visit your alley:

  • Jaxon

  • Malik

  • Sienna

Characters now have more varied dancing animations, alongside new clapping and victory celebrations for tournaments and other events.

New Equipment and Decorations

This update expands the catalog with new furniture, lighting, seating, and bowling equipment, including:

  • Hexagon Lighting

  • Pot Lights

  • Shoes Neon Sign

  • Forest Row Seating

  • Medieval Row Seating

  • Square Picture Frame

  • Vine Wall

  • Large condiment dispensers

  • Marble Bowling Balls

Fixes and Improvements

We’ve also made a wide range of improvements throughout the alley:

  • Reduced the hold time for collecting revenue from furniture like the Vending Machine, arcade games, etc.

  • Improved save reliability and protection against corrupted or temporarily locked save files.

  • Fixed several day-end situations that could leave the player unable to continue.

  • Improved furniture-placement visibility, particularly for wall and ceiling objects.

  • Furniture can now be stored in the hotbar after it is placed.

  • Staffed registers can once again be moved during the pre-opening period.

  • Improved bowling-screen themes, arcade displays, and league presentation.

  • Updated control prompts to respect remapped keyboard and controller bindings.

  • Improved cooks’ handling of requested condiments and leftover food.

  • Fixed several casino crowd, blackjack, shop, navigation, and closing-time issues.

  • Corrected numerous smaller visual, animation, collision, localization, and UI problems.

  • Skills can no longer cause a negative review to become positive.

  • Improved distant shadows and reduced excessive fog wash.

Thank you for continuing to play and share your feedback. We hope you enjoy hosting tournaments, building your casino business, and giving every corner of your alley a personality of its own
