Very small update to resolve some UI and other minor issues.
Fixes:
Evened out the winch audio on the Longline Caravel. Consider these sound effects temporary, as they are still pretty inadequate.
Fixed the ship naming interface being partially offscreen for some ships on ultrawide resolutions.
Fixed option panel being unusable on ultra-widescreen setups.
Fixed broken fishing station on Corsair Xebec.
Added some safety checks to prevent persistence of invalid sail states. In cases where sail state can't be loaded -- rig will reset to de
