Few bugfixes and improvements:
- Fixed crash on the Castle step level 2.
- Added a death sound for other player ghosts.
- Added color coding for other player's ghosts.
- Fixed shield effect not appearing.
- Removed a fake keys rotation on the beach boss level to better detect the correct key.
