Increased max level limits of:
"Exponent" 10 -> 30
"Atomic converters" 10 -> 25
"Mad science" 3 -> 4
"Fishing trainers" 10 -> 20
Fixed a bug where mutations would sometimes be reset, and also still count towards the total.
Fixed a bug where DNA conversion required the menu to be open.
Increased DNA generation speed.
