Patch Notes — v0.0.170

Ravens of War · published

New

• "Skip Effect" button: when you play a creature whose enter effect targets another creature, you can pick the target or press it (in the same place as "Continue") so it enters without applying the effect.

• You're never forced to damage or banish one of your own creatures. Effects that are the card's cost, like Neriah's, can't be skipped.

Fixes

• You can now play a creature whose enter effect targets another creature even when there's nothing to target, like Frostshard Golem against an empty board: the creature enters and the effect does nothing. It used to bounce back to your hand.

Balance

• The AI now plays its creatures even when their enter effect has no target or its condition isn't met (it used to hold, for example, Frostshard Golem against an empty board or Bloodhall Initiate without another Vampire).

• The AI now uses cards that damage or return one of its own creatures, such as Rite of Flagellation or Undertow Passage, correctly, and no longer counts them as damage against you when deciding to attack.
