-Fixed various GUI scaling issues with nonstandard resolutions. This may affect pixel scaling for now. Fixes for camera look function and dialogue boxes in different resolutions on the way
-Fixed some knight hitboxes being wider than intended
-Made book pre-attack animation more obvious
-Removed rage generation debug command (lol)
