Fixes
- Fixed issue where the icon indicating a staff member took a table order was not always visible for co-op clients
- Fixed issue where some dish plates were not properly counted, causing duplication
- Fixed rare issue where supplies (table, fridge, etc.) could disappear after being placed
- Fixed several rare crashes identified in crash reports

These fixes target issues that are difficult to reliably reproduce. Please report if the problem persists.

- Added safeguard to prevent players from joining private co-op sessions
- Fixed issue where customers could slide from reception to their table while seated and end up misaligned with their chair
