* Lobby host can now give host to another.
* Controls can be opened from anywhere with a little UI button.
* Different symbols for negative income.
* Fixed an issue where remote held blocks always appeared to have max health.
* Improved decay and exclusion zones graphics.
* Added option for blocks to explode silently.
* Added option to toggle teleporter lines
* Made teleporter lines display in map editor.
