Game Pulse 1.1.2 update

Game Pulse 1.1.2 is out.

This one is about correctness and speed. The highlights:

- A sacrifice fly that also turns a double play now credits both, and the all-safe fielder's choice can finally be entered
- Every roll that reads the batter card is now on the table, including the fatigue re-roll and the rare-play REDIRECT
- The Get a Jump chart works with manual steals; a JUMP-1 runner gets his one check per game, and a steal of third is judged by the third baseman
- The Single quick play scores the runner from third again, and a runner you hold at third stays there
- The computer manager reads a pitcher's Hold the right way round, and its pinch-hitters show up in the box when announced
- Game Score on starter lines, the preview shows the rest a starter still needs, and the hot/cold arrows measure real form
- The all-leagues standings scroll is back, and real-field postseason seeds the teams that actually qualified, with ties settled the way the league settled them
- Team Manager and season-set loading are much faster
