Happy bizarro week. Two small but key fixes: - Changed how the game tracks whether legislating has begun on January 3, 2025. Certain edge cases would lead to the game thinking legislating hadn't begun and cause things to go 💩.
- Fixed State of the Union race condition that could allow for the same SOTU window to fire two times in a row.
