Reworked settings setup, so that all machine should initialize them correctly, if your values are wrong then restoring to default should fix. There were race conditions in the settings setup
They should all be fixed, but some settings are lost with this update, restoring to default will fix those lost settings. V-sync does not work on some monitors, this is some weird driver issue that is not mentioned in the documentation, setting the target fps should have a similar effect if V-sync doesn't work for you.
Some players are crashing on start up and I'm trying to figure out what's causing it.
