Added tooltip functionality to certain UI elements.
You can now check the effects of buffs, debuffs, and stacks during combat.
You can infer how each character’s temperament affects their overall performance.
You can now see how Str, Dex, Int, and Con influence a character’s abilities.
The main menu (title screen) text now changes based on language settings.
Fixed an issue where duplicate choices could appear during level-up.
e.g. Skill or Temperament options will no longer appear redundantly.
