It's been 1 full month since Dice Goblin's Den launched on Steam! Hurray! Here's some quick patch notes: - Added 2 new stages to play on for level 1 which allow players to unlock the Knight and Cleric classes right off the bat!
- Added a small QoL update that makes Right Clicking on your mouse close out the unit selection panel.
- Added the "2 Gemstones" cost onto the hover tooltip UI when you mouse over the unit upgrades.
- Changed the Steam button on the main menu to go to babachoo's dev page on Steam so that people can keep an eye on all of my super cool new games coming out =] (Rogue Merchant coming soon! Go wishlist it maybe? lol)
April 20th marks the first day of Medieval Fest here on Steam, and Dice Goblin's Den will be participating!
I'll also be throwing a nice 20% discount, so if anyone is reading this and on-the-fence about buying the game, wait until April 20th to get 20% off!
I know, crazy, right? It's only been a month since I released Dice Goblin's Den, but I have a bunch of ideas for small games that I'm really eager to push out... so that's exactly what I'm going to do now, lol.
Rogue Merchant will be 100% free! And as a way to support the developer, I will include a couple of super cheap DLC packs! One will be to unlock some Toads as playable characters, one will be to unlock Goblins, and one will be an additional level pack. Levels in this game are purely cosmetic/music changes, but the new characters do come with some nice passive bonuses. For any old-heads out there who remember the old flash game "Winter Bells", I'll also be releasing a free version of that game as well later on this year. Seems like the holiday season would be a good time for a game like that, so we'll see! I'm looking forward to adding a leaderboard to it so that people can have fun competing against each other for mirth and glory! Here's a quick little peek at it!
