Patch 1.071 Shark boss level (15th level) adjustment

1. Xbox controller can use RT, LT button to control the acceleration and deceleration of the boat, Now you can control the direction with the left joystick, and the RT and LT buttons control the movement for a more comfortable experience.
2, add the 15th level of the boat controller tutorial tips;
3, adjust the 15th level of the boat to the left and right will be the opposite problem.
4. Optimize the problem of the 15th level, when the character dies or stops the boat, fixed problem of the boat will drift out of the boat.

1、手柄玩家新增15关的小船RT,LT按键可以控制加速减速的功能，摇杆负责左右移动。释放左手遥感要同时控制转向和移动的问题。
2、添加第15关的手柄教学提示；
3、调整15关小船的转向左右会相反的问题
4、优化15关角色死亡或者停船时小船会飘出去上不了船的问题。
