Holy Surge (Paladin) now works on every wave, not just the first one of a floor: the starting ATB bonus was only applying once per floor. Fixed.
Added a "CAPPED" indicator on the ATB Speed stat when you hit its hard ceiling: past a certain point, more ATB Speed has zero effect in combat, but nothing told you that. Now it does.
