Ropes and Birds

Changes:

• Updated rope-grabbing - upward momentum is now transferred to the rope when it is grabbed.
• Fixed animation issue when entering portal door at end of level.
• Made signs in tutorial more brown.
• Added sound effect for the bird diving.
• Added sound effect and animation for the bird dying.
