Added support for aspect ratios other than 16:9. For example, 16:10 (1920x1200) and 21:9 (2560x1080) now work correctly.
Fixed an issue with the ㅁ character in Asian localizations.
The tutorial window is now draggable.
Fixed a text clipping issue in several places.
Fixed bugs causing incorrect behavior when rezoning rooms.
Balance changes have also been made.
