Added News inside the app.
When there is a new announcement, a balloon floats above the signboard. Clicking the balloon opens the News section in the settings window. When there are no unread announcements, links to the 3 most recent announcements are shown.
The following adjustments and fixes were also made.
• Changed the in-app popups so that the Windows alert sound no longer plays
• Set the number of cats to 2 for new installations
• On the first launch, the confirmation asking whether to enable auto-start is now shown only once
• Added farewell and entrance animations when changing the breed, giving a name, calling a cat back, and saying goodbye
• Fixed a bug where a cat could stop moving while leaving the screen
• Other minor bug fixes
