Fixed issue that would cause the text on the select and exit menu prompts to not revert back to their normal text when exiting the Coven's MOTD window
Choosing to clear the Coven MOTD will bring up the on-screen keyboard for controllers and set focus back on the input field for PC
Player will no longer equip another letter from their inventory if they delete the letter from within the compose letter menu
Updated letter exit prompt to change its text from "Save and Close" to "Cancel" where appropriate
