General:
-Fixed a bug that was causing bill highlight lights and lore highlight lights to go off after picking up a red herring bill.

School:
-Added a small hallway from the ag room to the locker room so the ag room doesn't feel like a dead-end area. Oppritunities to loop and lose Bertha.
