Sagebrush 1.3 Released!

Sagebrush 1.3 has been released. This patch is mostly about performance -- most players should see moderate improvements to frame rate.

OPTIMIZATIONS:

- Changes to LOD settings and shadow resolution
- Fixed an issue with the map camera that was causing performance degradation.

BUG FIXES:

- Fixed an issue with the School Tapedeck playing the incorrect subtitles.

GAMEPLAY CHANGES (may contain spoilers):

- Lightened the box containing the generator key to make it more noticeable.
