Characters optimization

Thanks to everybody who report me the bugs in the game and give the ideas about new functions and improvements!
I have made by your requests:

Improvements:
+ Characters optimization (only for all girls and boys DLCs)

Characters:
+ LODs for NPCs:
Decreased size of DLCs (-34GB)
Increased FPC for 30%

Game play functions:
+ LODs for NPC (Enable/Disable in the settings menu)
