You can now go into the workshop right from the beginning to access the anvil.
Pro tip: If you loot the chest in the bedroom at the very beginning and then take all of your gear off, you can then use the anvil to craft a full set of Ash Valley gear, using the 2 sets of Adventure gear.

You can now upgrade your gear using the enchanted anvil in the workshop.
Talk to the blacksmith of receive a very useful item.
New area call The wastelands. You can access it by going north of the highlands.
When you reach the ocean take your ship north and then follow the coast line west into the northern highlands.
This is a dangerous place. You should not venture there unless you have finished CinderFlame.
Started adding item descriptions to the different armors. I'll eventually have all of them set with something.
